This is a little vanity project following the end of the famous (or is that infamous?) Caveman Broda's wrestling career.
Set in Winnipeg, Manitoba circa 2004.

The Sugar Sheet #1
Peguis First Nation Peguis Central School 8-12-2004
Professional wrestling show on Indian lands, honoring the career of longtime Manitoba native Caveman Broda came to a screeching halt when the honoree was brutally attacked by longtime archrival Bobby Collins and the rest of his brood.
Collins and his family members interrupted the ceremony and demanded he be the one to present Caveman Broda with the engraved plaque as he was the one that made Broda's career.
Promoter Sachem Gene Swan threatened Collins with having him removed from the venue by the Tribal Police but Broda said to move things along, he was okay with Collins presenting the award. Swan and the fans warned against it because of the brutal nature of their long rivalry as Collins assured Broda it was all on the up and up.
Collins gave a short speech about wishing this had happened years ago since Broda had caused him lots of grief over the years but he was finally coming to an end. He wished Broda a long retirement and was happy to help him along with something to remember him by before cracking him over the head with it.
The Collins Clan blocked anyone from getting into the ring while Collins put the boots to Broda, leaving him in a pool of his own blood.
Swan and the Tribal Police arrested Collins and his family members. Broda was treated at the Peguis Health Centre.
The Sugar Sheet is produced by Marty Sugar, wrestler, announcer, booker, promoter, writer and Jack-of-all-Trades.

Cool idea. I think I can relate to the plight of Caveman Broda here. That should set up a big rematch between them that hopefully has fans doing the Cavedance one last time when all is said and done.
It does look like Caveman Broda was wrestling as late as 2019, although in battle royals so I assume those were Iron Sheik style minimal guest spots. His last proper match I seem able to find was teaming with Bobby Collins, oddly enough, in 2009, although his ring time appears to have dropped off the face of the earth in this era, so I'd imagine it was considered a retirement and there was a big angle to draw him out for that 2009 match maybe.
You could always go primary and devote some spots to post this on the proper board as well as the Cape Cod shows? You'd get 5 extra main spots and 5 extra enhancement spots. The extra bodies would go a long way.
Added: I just looked up results for the promotion itself. It looks like there was a match on the show before where Broda seconded Collins in a loser eats dog food match against the guy from the tag match the next month. So I assume something happened there to set up the tag match.

I believe at some point he was ill and was unable to wrestle on a full time basis, showing up from time to time. Tag team matches and battle royals are good for make an appearance without having to take big (or small) bumps.

Yeah, the battle royal spots were late, like 2019. That's why I figure it was more like Iron Sheik just coming out in the 2000s, doing jack all, but fans pop for the appearance. Probably just does his shtick for a couple minutes for the fans, throws out one guy, eliminated.

I am sure the late appearances were very Iron Sheik-like as far as his in-ring stuff went. There was also some stuff where he had to do Bobby Collins' bidding or instead of his daughter having been won in a match or something.
Very tail end of his career but my goal was to give him a send-off with some stuff that I wouldn't do anywhere else. I was all ready to do this and had started collecting the pieces to do it but didn't think I had enough stuff to make any kind of long term run with it. My other vanity piece focusing on a single person was the Cuban Assassin Jr. in West Virginia.

It would be kind of interesting to have a second league using WCFL FA leftovers and being at the mercy of the transaction thread without any of them even knowing lol.

That was kind of my starting idea. My short list of players are all on the FA list at the moment. Certainly works with my obscure/absurd ideas.
I had thought of moving into Memphis when you said OS was vacating with another "Last Hurrah" for Jamie Dundee. Maybe that would wind up here?

I was likewise thinking Memphis just now due to having Lawler and not being able to use him as such. I guess that's one advantage to the idea - anything goes, territory wise. Could in theory run a show here that's taking place in geography that has been otherwise inaccessible.

It is just too bad this place isn't more active. Even Atomic Giants seems to be on a bit of an uptick with a few more active shows. Maybe with some more posts, 1 or 2 of the members here will dive into something.

Maybe with some more posts, 1 or 2 of the members here will dive into something. I'm sure people will read it as it's quick enough, writing is another thing. That is why I figured it would be good to have shows of some form being posted, even if just reposts from elsewhere. If I were to come here, I'd just dismiss it, but maybe seeing some writing could yield participation and interest.

I mean I will repeat what I said earlier for your benefit. If you go primary, which you can, you'd have enough room to add everybody that was on that show you posted and then some, being able to post it on the main board. It's basically relying on feedback bumps to survive there, but the trade off is more are reading it.

Bruce is on a the official for tonight's wrestling action. Wayne Stanton opens the show with what happened to Caveman Broda. He gives every little detail and is thoroughly disgusted by the behavior of Bobby Collins and the rest of his Brood. There will be fines and some kind of retribution down the pike ... He put the old goat to pasture and should have done it sooner! Todd Bullet and Ernie Todd of the Bullet Club hit the ring and come up throwing hands! 1. The Bullet Club and the Collins Brood (Collins & Cody) w/Badd Dolly brawl to a double disquaification, using everything not nailed down. 2. The rookie Lincoln Steen pins TJ Silverspoon. - Wayne Stanton interviews Dave Republic and daughter Buffy who wants to wrestle tonight. Stanton apologizes but has no women backstage for her to wrestle. Buffy throws a tantrum and is willing to wrestle a man instead. Stanton says no can do as Dave Republic pulls out a wad of cash and tells Stanton to make it so. Stanton has them escorted out of the ring. 3. Danny Duggan rolls up the Taco Bell Dragon for the victory. 4. An 8-man Battle Royal to close out the show. With all the men pairing off at the bell, Dave and Buffy Republic make their way out to the ring and Buffy enters the fray. Danny Duggan is the first one tossed. Buffy goes second by the Taco Bell Dragon and the referee Bruce! Bobby Collins and Cody eliminate TJ Silverspoon. Ernie Todd is sent to the floor by Bobby Collins. Cody is tossed by Lincoln Steen. Lincoln Steen is nearly eliminated but is saved by Todd Bullet who eliminates Bobby Collins. Todd Bullet eliminates himself with a dive to the outside, taking out the Collins Brood. Lincoln Steen with a powerslam pins the Taco Bell Dragon to win the Battle Royal.
