President of Pro Wrestling Warriors, Shane McMahon, posted a video on Twitter today thanking all of the fans for their early support of the product. He said they are striving to bring a 21st century wrestling product to the mainstream that doesn't insult the wrestling fans or the history and tradition of this great sport. McMahon goes on to say that is an honor to be promoting the biggest and best shows in the greatest part of this country, with their first show being held in the Nassau Coliseum. He says that his father and grandfather both made the McMahon name synonymous with wrestling in the territory, and he hopes to make them proud.
He then goes on to say there is another name synonymous with wrestling in the Northeast. That is when Shane welcomes none other than Paul Heyman into the shot, and the two shake hands. McMahon said that it is his pleasure to announce that Paul Heyman is going to be the new Executive Director of PWW, overseeing the shows and dealing directly with the talent.
Paul thanks Shane McMahon for this opportunity. He said that he was looking forward to a unique opportunity here to craft what should be the blue print for the future of this business. He said that when he looks at the roster, he sees the greatest collection of both young, hot commodities and veteran star power he could ever imagine. And a talent pool that deep and rich deserves a great chance to shine, which is why he and Shane have been working tirelessly to secure the deal that will make Pro Wrestling Warriors the premier wrestling promotion in the National Wrestling Alliance.
Shane takes back over and announces that they have signed a trial deal with Paramount Plus to stream "PWW 1: Omega vs. Rollins", in what is a massive step forward towards future ventures. He said that he hopes all that cannot be in attendance for this historic event will tune in on Paramount Plus, because promises this show is going to be one you won't want to miss!
