NWA Stable Wars Show 3 Results
We get some fireworks and eneric music to begin our show, before we cut to the announcers table. Kevin Nash is absent, so Magnus James is joined by Damien Sandow.
MJ: 'Hello wrestling fans, an welcome to the third NWA Stable Wars event. Kevin Nash will be missing for our next two shows, as he is helping Scott Hall recover from a broken hip. We wish Scot well and hope that "The Bad Guy" makes a swift recovery. In the meantime, I am joined by the unmistakable presence of Damien Sandow.'
DS: 'Greetings.'
MJ: 'Damien, you certainly made a big splash last week, and three of your four stable mates are in action tonight. What do you expect from them?'
DS: 'Before you go any further, let me just correct your statement. Two of my team mates are in action tonight, with one of them teaming with our footman who he insisted on bring along. He is not one of us, he is a liability and nothing more than one of the unwashed masses pretending to be a wrestler.'
MJ: 'I don't think he'd appreciate that tone.'
DS: 'The money he is getting makes it much easier for him to accept my derision. I pay it to him begrudgingly, but never let it be said that I am not generous.'
MJ: 'So what do you expect of your men tonight?'
DS: 'Victory, nothing less, nothing further.'
MJ: 'Fair enough. Let's head for the ring now and our opening match.'
Match 1
The Smartly Dressed Gentlemen ("The Kentucky Gentleman" Chuck Taylor and "The Footman" Trent Beretta) (w/ Michael Bennett) vs Brandon Cutler and Peter Avalon
Bennett sets up a chair at ringside before the bell rings, as he opens a briefcase he is carrying that contains a cup and flask, pouring himself some tea that he drinks like a true gentlemen. Pinky out and all. Berretta starts for the Kentucky Gentlemen, and initially falls victim to some arm drags from Cutler, as he and Avalon make quick tags and worked Beretta over. He eventually escapes with an eye poke, tagging Taylor who quickly goes to work on Avalon. An Eastern European Suplex gets a 2 count, which he follows with a beautiful Moonsault Press for another 2. Cutler attempts to intervene, but Beretta stops him with a Dudebuster DDT. The two pick up Avalon and hit him with Strong Zero, which is enough to get the 3 count.
Winners - The Smartly Dressed Gentlemen
The referee raises the hands of our winners, as we return to the commentary table.
MJ: 'Impressive victory there for The Smartly Dressed Gentlemen. Damien, you must be very pleased with this performance.'
DS: 'I am impressec, Chuck demonstrated all of his talents and many more. The Footman was fine I guess, but I am begrudged to ascertain any praise for such a lowlife.'
MJ: 'I'm certain we'll be seeing a lot more of this team in the coming weeks. Before our next match, let's take a look at a video we received from the newest team coming to NWA Stable Wars.'
We see a colourful looking play area, the very sort that a child would love to be a part of. It wouldn't look out of place on Nick Jr or any other channel for babies. Now, I wonder who this could possibly be referring to? What wrestler did skits in this very setting that set the world on fire? Yes, you guessed it, it's Bray Wyatt. Or is that The Fiend? Windham Rotunda? Husky Harris? I don't know, but regardless, he's here.
BW: 'Hi boys and girls, and welcome to another episode of Firefly Fun House.'
We see the all too familiar introduction to Firefly Fun House, which I have linked to below (this is literally the only video I could find with the intro only).

We return to the set, where Bray smiles and waves.
BW: 'Our theme song has never been more appropriate, because today we're going to learn about friendship.'
Bray puts his arms to the sky and reveals the word "friendship" in colourful letters as he says it.
BW: 'Can you spell friend? Let's do it together. 'F-(static)-I-E-N-D.'
Bray says friend, but the screen becomes distorted and dialogue slow, briefly cutting to The Fiend. This last for only a few seconds, before returning to normal.
BW: 'Now that we know how to spell friend, why don't I introduce you to a friend of mine. I say friend, but when it comes to friendship, the first place to start is with family. He is my brother, so please welcome to the team, Bro Dallas.'
The sound of applause and cheering can be heard as the newly dubbed Bro Dallas enters the scene, waving to the boys and girls.
BD: 'Thank you Bray. Hello boys and girls. My lesson for today is that, with family and friends by your side, you can achieve anything. All you have to do is Bro-Lieve.'
BW: 'That's all for today's episode of Firefly Fun House. Join us next time where we will have two more friends over to play. Bye bye.'
Bray and Bro wave to the camera as the theme song plays once again, but the feed briefly distorts once again, cutting to The Fiend and Bro Dallas in equally scary makeup. It then cuts back to the waving brothers as we return to the commentary table.
MJ: 'What the hell? That wasn't the video I had lined up. Well, I guess this is the eighth stable making its way to NWA Stable Wars, because this definitely wasn't the seventh. We'll look at that later on in the show. For now, let's head back to ringside for our second match.
Match 2
Dan "The Man" Buchanan (w/ Michael Bennett) vs Fuego Del Sol
Fuego, realising he was outmatched in size, decided to go for the element of surprise, charging at Buchanan and going for the Tornado DDT immediately. Buchanan just threw Fuego across the ring and laughed. He picks up Fuego and hits him with a Pumphandle Slam, then follows this up with a big Leg Drop off the top rope that he calls The Dan Cannon. That was enough to get the 3 count.
Winner- Dan Buchanan
We cut back to the commentary table as Buchanan has his hand raised is victory.
MJ: 'Dan Buchanan makes light work of Fuego Del Sol this evening. Damien, your team goes 2-0, you must be delighted.'
DS: 'You are correct. Mark my words, Dan Buchanan is a future World champion, and under the guidance of myself, he will make a long lasting impression on the National Wrestling Alliance.'
MJ: 'I have no doubts that he has a big future ahead of him. Time for our third match now, let's head back to ringside.'
Match 3
The Bar Room Brawlers (Alexander Hammerstone, Bear Boulder and Bear Bronson) (w/Sheamus) vs Chaos Project (Luther and Serptentico) and James Drake
Despite the fact that this match was billed as a Street Fight, there was very little in the way of weapon usage here. Instead, it was a fight of fists and the sheer power of The Brawlers. Luther was the only real person on the opposition side to put up a consistent fight in this brief match, which makes sense considering his experience in this setting. But even he couldn't muster much, as Hammerstone would soon put him away with the Knightmare Pendulum to end the match.
Winners- The Bar Room Brawlers
Once again we return to the announcers table.
MJ: 'The Bar Room Brawler come out on top here with a strong showing. Do you see them as a threat Damien?'
DS: 'I have no time for ruffians like these who can only fight with their fists. Put them against myself in an intellectual debate and they will soon crumble. My stable of gentlemen is more than capable of dealing with them.'
MJ: 'I'm sure you'll get the chance to match wits with them in the future. In the meantime, let's show you that video that was meant to be shown earlier, regarding the seventh team coming to NWA Stable Wars.'
We see a dimly lit room, somewhere in the NWA Stable Wars arena. The one thing that is lit is a flag, that being the flag of Bulgaria. Miro enters the room and looks at the flag.
MR: 'When you think of wrestling and flags like this, what do you think of? You think of big, evil foreigners coming over to the United States, threatening your pathetic, insecure patriotism, because anything that isn't American is evil. These worn out stereotypes still exist in wrestling, and I hate it.'
Miro tears down the flag, revealing another two: the flags of India and Pakistan.
MR: 'And I'm not the only one who's tired of stereotypes. Another is joining me in my fight against nationalism, a man who others wanted to paint as a terrorist because they think all those with Middle Eastern descent are terrorists. He deserves a lot better, and I will make sure he gets it. That man is Mustafa Ali.'
Mustafa Ali enters, high-fiving Miro and tearing down the flags. This reveals one final flag underneath, that being the flag of Mexico.
MR: 'And to act as our tag team, two men who are tired of the stereotypes of Mexico, that they are lazy and trying to take jobs away from honest, hard working Americans. I will help redeem them in the eyes of wrestling fans and lead them to the very top. They are Angel Garza and Humberto Carillo.'
Angel Garza and Humberto Carillo enter, high-fiving Miro and Ali. The scene ends with the four men doing the traditional hand to chest as the American national anthem plays, no doubt mocking that patriotism all the more. We return to the announcers table.
MJ: 'Big words there from another team coming to NWA Stable Wars. Where do you stand on patriotism Damien?'
DS: 'I agree with their sentiment. I may love my country, but I abhor stereotyping and think it is the product of the worst of the unwashed masses. Let these outdated viewpoints die and let the individual speak for himself.'
MJ: 'I can't say I disagree. And as a Scot, I'm tired of people stereotyping us Scottish people as kilt wearing haggis eaters with bad accents. An I know one man who proves that stereotype wrong: Drew McIntyre. He is in action now in our main event, against Juventud Guerrera. '
Match 4
Drew McIntyre (w/Sheamus) vs Juventud Guerrera
McIntyre looked to end this one immediately, going for a Claymore, but Guerrera dodged as McIntyre is forced to regroup. Guerrera hits a few dropkick that don't cause Drew to leave his feet, though the final forces McIntyre into the corner. Guerrera nails a headscissors, taking McIntyre outside, then leaps off the top with a Body Press to the floor. Throwing McIntyre back in, he goes up top, looking for a Dropkick, but Drew swats him out of the air. Picking up Guerrera, he throws him into the ropes, gets a run up and nails the Claymore, getting the 3 count. A brief scare for McIntyre, but he soon made light work of his opponent.
Winner- Drew McIntyre
Sheamus enters the ring and raises the hand of McIntyre, but before we can end our show, the lights in the arena go out. When they come back on THE FIEND is in the ring! He stares down McIntyre, before the lights go out once more. When they come back on, The Fiend is gone. McIntyre and Sheamus stand puzzled at what just happened as we have run out of time. See you next time.
We get some fireworks and eneric music to begin our show, before we cut to the announcers table. Kevin Nash is absent, so Magnus James is joined by Damien Sandow.
