Introduction by Commissioner Lance Storm
Storm comes out to start the show and says "if I could be serious for a minute" to a pop. He then goes on to announce that due to the importance of the main event on tonight's show, Dan Lambert is being banned from ringside. Naturally, this brings Lambert out, getting upset about that. He calls Storm's gimmick a shoot because he's the most boring person he's ever seen in his life, and now he wants to bore the people by removing him from the main event. Storm says it is nothing personal but Lambert has a history of sticking his nose where it doesn't belong. Lambert gets up in Storm's face saying if he wants to stick his nose where it doesn't belong, then that's what he'll do. Storm politely asks Lambert to practice social distancing and back up. Lambert then pokes Storm in the chest, asking him what he'll do about it. Storm puts his hands up and backs away as Lambert gets cocky - make that Storm re-positions because as Lambert turns around, Storm superkicks him in the face. It looks like that takes care of Lambert for the night.
1. Brent Banks defeats Vaughn Vertigo @ 8:07 via pinfall after the Shiranui. This match is a fast paced opener as both look to rebound from defeats in the Gold Rush tournament. Both wrestlers did everything they could for the win with Vertigo a touch faster. A hangman's facebuster is able to get Vertigo a 2 count but Banks is able to turn it around after that. An Asai DDT manages to put Vertigo on the mat as now Banks gets the 2 count. In the corner, Banks charges in but Vertigo moves and then catches him turning with an enziguiri. He heads outside and up to the top rope, diving off with a swanton bomb but Banks avoids it and gets out of the way. Banks then grabs Vertigo by the head and jumps up to flip back with a Shiranui, covering him for the 3 count. With the win, Banks improves to 3-2 while Vertigo drops to 1-3.
2. Psycho Mike Rollins defeats Buck Gunderson @ 6:54 via pinfall after the Fireman's Buster. Both of these wrestlers were entering the match with 0 wins with Rollins convincing Gunderson this was how they break out of the slump. Rollins lays on the mat at the start, telling Gunderson to just cover him. Gunderson is hesitant but agrees. The referee counts 2 when Rollins grabs him and rolls him into a cover but Gunderson kicks out at 2. Rollins is quickly apologetic to him as Gunderson is upset at that. Rollins tries to reason with him but it's all a ploy as he thumbs Gunderson in the eye. They go back and forth from there with Gunderson nearly taking the match as he applies a crossface chickenwing. Rollins is able to stomp on the foot to free himself. He then turns and lifts Gunderson up to hit him with a Fireman's Buster, covering for the 3 count. Rollins takes this one, getting that elusive win, improving to 1-2 while Gunderson drops to 0-5.
3. Serena Deeb defeats in the Professor's Challenge @ 4:58. Much of the early going here was Nicole just trying to survive Deeb's offense for 5 minutes. Deeb looked like she was almost toying with her. Nicole starts really turning it on and is scoring several near falls approaching the 4 minute mark when she hits the Candy Crush to get a 2 count. Attempting the Dyslexia tornado DDT, Nicole would be blocked, followed by Deeb sweeping out the legs and applying the Serenity Lock. With mere seconds left, Nicole struggles not to tap out but does so, giving Deeb the victory. She is slow to release the hold until threatened with a DQ. Deeb improves to 2-0 while the loss moves Nicole to 1-2.
4. Speedball Mike Bailey defeats Daniel Garcia @ 13:46 via pinfall after the Ultima Weapon. While Bailey had some success here, this was Garcia's 6ix debut. He hails from just across the border in Buffalo, but any hometown advantage is lost with Bailey, a Canadian. This is another fast paced match like the opener Both trade shots, looking for the initial advantage, ending with Bailey catching Garcia with a kick to the head. He continues with offense until Garcia catching Bailey with a dropkick. After some more offense, a bow and arrow submission has Bailey in trouble but he is able to free himself in time. Bailey starts fighting back with lghtning fast kicks, followed by a frankensteiner. A Flamingo driver is enough to get him a 2 count but he then makes the mistake of going to the top rope to try a dropkick that Garcia counters by catching the legs to turn him into a sharpshooter. Bailey is looking like he is about to tap as he tries to get himself to the ropes for a break. He is eventually able to power himself out of it. Bailey dropkicks Garcia near the corner and then goes outside to come off the top rope as he's getting up with the Ultima Weapon shooting star double knee drop, covering for the 3 count and the win. Bailey improves to 2-2 while Garcia starts his 6ix run at 0-1.

5. The Fraternity defeats The Acclaimed @ 9:12 when Channing Decker pinned Anthony Bowens after a big splash from the top rope. This was a rematch from the last event when the two teams fought to a no-contest, during which, Trent Gibson was attacked by two unknown hooded wrestlers to leave Decker to fight on his own. No such luck this time for The Acclaimed with the high point for them coming off Max Caster's opening rap on their way to the ring. They would isolate Gibson but were unable to put him away before he made a hot tag to save himself. Decker would make the comeback and win the match for his time. After the match, the two hooded figures again attack The Fraternity, revealing themselves to be 2.0 - Matt Lee & Jeff Parker. The Fraternity improve to 3-0-1 but might have finally met their match.
6. Orange Cassidy defeats Jock Samson @ 7:36 via pinfall after the Orange Punch. Before the match, Samson cut a promo about Cassidy being everything that's wrong with America's youth - not caring when they should. At the start, Cassidy gets under Samson's skin by putting his hands in his pockets and then lightly kicking him in the shins. This gets Samson going as he starts hammering away but Cassidy is able to keep going, despite his hands in his pockets, even making a comeback after a dropkick. Samson ends up outside, leading Cassidy to do a suicide dive. He brings Samson back in and tries a Canadian Destriyer but Samson is able to counter it mid move, slamming Cassidy back first to the mat. Samson tries to put Cassidy away but ends up eating an Orange Punch, followed by the 3 count. Cassidy wins his 6ix debut and goes to 1-0, while Samson drops to 1-2.
Championship Tournament Final
Fatal Five-way Elimination match
This match sees Josh Alexander vs Cameron Grimes vs Space Monkey vs MJF vs Ethan Page , with the winner becoming Heavyweight champion. The first elimination comes with Grimes catching Space Monkey with the Cave-in, sending him to the moon, followed by a 3 count. Grimes wouldn't have much luck from there with Alexander taken out, allowing MJF & Page to double team him. MJF is able to lock on Salt of the Earth to get the submission and Grimes is done for. From there, they work over Alexander, preparing to put him away. MJF has Page hold Alexander while he takes a big swing but he ducks, leading to MJF accidentally blasting Page instead. Alexander quickly capitalizes as he kicks MJF in the midsection and double underhooks him up for the C-4 Spike, covering for the 3 count to bring the match to just one on one, Alexander vs Page.
Page is quick to jump Alexander, laying in with offense as he uses a Fast Snap DDT on his bad neck to try and put him away but Alexander kicks out at 2. Page continues by catching Alexander with a Good Right Hand before kicking him in the midsection and pulling him in for Ego's Edge. As Alexander goes up, he's able to free himself, turning Page into a right hand. He starts a comeback that sees him hit a Rolling Elbow and get a 2 count. Alexander then tries an ankle lock on Page but before he has to tap out, he rolls in to send Alexander forward into the turnbuckle. A running knee to the head follows with an Inside Out Slam for another 2 count. Page might be getting desperate now as he heads outside to get a chair and brings it in but as he's about to use it and brings it back, the referee grabs it away. Alexander kicks Page and pulls him in for the C-$ Spike but as the referee hands the chair off, Page low blows Alexander and covers, getting the 3 count to win the match and become the first ever 6ix Heavyweight champion.
Page is presented the belt but before he can even begin to celebrate, Kevin Owens arrives from the back! The fans are losing it as he says that he just wanted to be the first to congratulate Page on becoming champion, and he's doing it in the best way he knows how, kicking him in the midsection and giving him a stunner. Owens celebrates, throwing the championship belt down as Page wins but he certainly does not look like the winner when all is said and done.
A return date for The 6ix Wrestling is announced for Saturday, May 7, at The Ted Reeve Arena in Toronto for Girls Just Wanna Have Fun. This will be a special all women's wrestling show with a one night Queen of The Ring tournament.
