Mongrel vs. Mizuchi

We kick this match off with Mizuchi showing off his capoera style of wrestling, the mere sight of a bad person puts Mongrel into a pacing trance ready to strike as soon as the bell rings. Mongel works a very direct style and ended up walking into a lot of kicks from Mizuchi who flows around the ring picking his shots carefully. Mongrel would catch a kick and started mauling Mizuchi with perfect form but brutal all the same. Mizuchi would hit a low blow, with the ref out of position, before executing the Ocean Cyclone suplex, but Mongrel would kick out at one! Mizuchi was shocked, with a tilt of Mongrel's head like an actually dog, Mongrel would start executing picture perfect maneuvers. Apparently when someone cheats Mongrel goes from a wild brawler to a zen like rage that unlocks his photographic reflexes. Mongrel would plant Mizuchi with his own Ocean Cyclone Suplex to pick up the victory.

Kappa & Calvero vs. Goryo & Shinigami

Calvero is a candy skull clown, leading Kappa out with a cucumber in each hand, running around the ring in an overly expressive manner as the crowd would dump buckets of cucumbers over the guard rail into the ringside area. Goryo and Shinigami were not impressed as they immediately attacked the comedy duo with effecient and punishing brutality. Kappa and Calvero would put on a clinic in comedic wrestling making Goryo and Shinigami look foolish. The crowd was in the corner of the heroes when the massive Goryo would level both men with a huge double clothesline. The Dark spirits would punish Kappa making him bow heavily tilting the water dish patch on the top of his mask. Cavelero would try to save his friend, but Shinigami would cut him off. Goryo would lock in a rear naked choke taking the win.

Tengu (Zuijin & Talon) vs. Abispa & Unknown

Abispa and Unknown are a submission reliant tag team, helping each other lock their opponents in complex submissions. Abispa uses only an offense with moves revolving in animals (it's a weird thing I know) while Unknown is a former acupuncturist, knowing exactly how to use pressure points to his advantage. Zuijin and Talon are a high flying, fast paced young tag team that use aerial moves that dazzle and defy gravity. Abispa and Unknown would get a chance to show off submission of all kinds, even tying up both Tengu members with each other. Once the match shifted into a fast gear Tengu would shine, showing off perfectly timed high spots. Talon would land a standing spanish fly with Zuijin almost immediately following up with a 450 splash.

J STAR TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP

Shinobi & Yasei vs. Kirin & Dragon King

Shinobi is a locker room leader, having the respect of nearly the entire locker room. Dragon King's father was the one who opened one of the two most prestigious dojo's in japan. Kirin is the newest star pupil of the dojo. Yasei is another young wrestler who's destined to be one of the next big stars in the company. Kirin and Dragon King had the advantage of being trained together. Yasei would find himself in a lot of trouble, with his lack of experience. Dragon King is vicious, he takes his dojo's honor very seriously and will do anything to keep the legacy. Kirin was like a robot, soaking up King's orders to do questionable things to Yasei. The ref would admonish Kirin for closed fist punches and eye rakes. Yasei would make Kirin question himself a moment allowing seperation to get the tag to Shinobi who would demand Kirin tag out and let him face Dragon King. Once the top top guys started locking up you got a chance to see why they are the best W*W have to offer. Shinobi would use the Shuriken Driver(crucifix piledriver) to win the Tag Team titles!

Another really fun show, this time in lucharesu style. The story telling was great once again, and I see what you mean in the critique of my show what you are looking for, as you really give the reader a good idea of the characters and fleshing them out.

Mongrel is a fun character, but I've always liked Mizuchi. I feel like I am going to get a better idea of what Kappa and Calvero are all about as things progress, as they seem to be a really wild and creative concept, and it's almost hard to wrap my head around it but I like it. I like the gimmicks for Abispa and Unknown. Alisha especially has always been a really cool concept,, I think. I feel like Tengu getting the win made sense, as it gives them a boost and I don't feel like either of their opponents looked bad. I'm sure Tengu will develop more as they gain experience.

The highlight here was the main event. Great storytelling and backstory development went into this. I don't think Dragon King is going to take this loss to Shinobi lying down, and I'm looking forward to seeing these two tussle again.

A lot of different characters that compliment each other in that sense. The first match wasn't too complex in that sense though which helped ease into the show.

The comedy tag team with the cucumbers looked to be having fun but things got dark quit with what reads almost water boarding or something, followed by getting choked out.

The idea of an acupuncturist knowing the pressure points and how to use them to his advantage reads like an interesting gimmick.

The Tag Team Title change on top had a good backstory to work well against each other. Dragon King doesn't seem like he would take that defeat lightly so it could be trouble for Kirin.
