1. Jack Brisco Memorial Block Match: Adam Cole vs. Roderick Strong
>Winner: Strong (9:47) following the Power-Breaker
~ Easily the best opening match in the short history of the territory as this was back and forth with neither man maintaining much of an advantage throughout. Strong manages to get out of the cellar of the block and even overtakes Cole with the direct victory.
2. Jack Brisco Memorial Block Match: AJ Styles vs. Zack Sabre Jr.
>Winner: Draw (30:00) Time limit expired
~ An excellent technical match that allowed the veteran Styles to show off some of the counters and reversals he has learned over the years. Sabre looks outstanding once again but still hasn’t been able to score his first decisive victory. Styles maintains his middle of pack ranking in the block while Sabre manages to fall behind both guys in the previous match.
4. Natalya Neidhart & Candice LeRae vs. Io Shirai & Mia Yim
>Winner: Neidhart (8:56) following a Canadian backbreaker drop
~ The Canadians proved to be a much more cohesive unit in this match and miscommunications by Shirai & Yim cost them an advantage a few times. Neidhart looked dominant while in the ring and her finish off the hot tag seemed to pull the crowd solidly behind her.
3. Jack Brisco Memorial Block Match: Kazuchika Okada vs. Bobby Roode
>Winner: Okada (13:20) with the Money Clip
~ Okada breaks out a submission hold to gain the victory as Roode was very competitive but the finish came off surreal as Okada stood tall in the ring and stands tall above the rest of the block. Roode has slumped to the bottom as he lay on the mat beneath Okada to end the match.
4. Jack Brisco Memorial Block Match: Prince Devitt vs. Bandido
>Winner: Draw (30:00) Time limit expired
~ The second draw of the night was definitely not expected and the crowd seemed to think a winner would be declared as the match drew closer to the thirty-minute mark. Both men remain near the top of the block but Bandido is going to need to find a way to finish matches to stay there.
7. NWA North Carolina Ladies Championship Tournament Semifinal Match: Asuka vs. Britt Baker
>Winner: Asuka (11:55) with the Asuka Lock
~ Very competitive early on but Asuka would eventually take control with devastating strikes. Baker actually looked out on her feet after a spin kick but Asuka chose not to pin her opponent, instead using her patented Asuka Lock. Baker never responded to the referee, with her arm falling limp three times to end the match. However, Asuka refused to release the hold for several moments after the referee had called for the bell, garnering huge heat from the crowd. Asuka has cemented her place in the finals of the tournament for the NWA North Carolina Ladies Championship.
8. NWA North Carolina Tag Team Championships Match: [1st Champions] Mechanics vs. [Challengers] reDRagon
> Winner: Harwood (21:13) following the Goodnight Express on Kyle O’Reilly
~ 2nd successful defense
~ This match rivaled Devitt & Bandido’s draw for match of the night with the crowd eating out of the hands of the Mechanics while reDRagon seemed to gain support throughout the match as the unrelenting underdogs. The support for this match, which featured a clean finish and was almost entirely kept inside the ring, shows just how much great tag team wrestling had been woven in the fabric of Charlotte.
